- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Could have had any stars from 1 to 5, Good sales and promises and then it starts to go wrong. Late on starting dates and then every excuse used for the delays. Once started appeared to be making good progress, but also 5* for making a mess, not the tidiest of builders, had my place looking like a dump! A bit of respect for others properties would not go a miss! Make sure you can be on hand to give directions to your plans, bit of a lack of communication between the team. Job was near finished, although it did take nearly double the time given and then hit further problems. Make sure they do all the preparations, planning and checks before they start. Eventually gave up with the time they were taking and the time it took to finish the job. Hoping it stands the test of time and I dont need any repairs. 1* for their communication and responses, still waiting after several attempts to obtain guarantees and receipts, certainly appears either very lacklustre with their paperwork or with their customer services.By aurrusfusdenimbor, December 19, 2018
